Cross-cultural culinary mash-ups have come a long way. Yet, authenticity remains elusive at gourmet restaurants, which led us to seek out dishes created by great chefs. The manipulation of ingredients, techniques and culinary know-how are top rate at the restaurants like Apollo Dining, where East and West are fused plausibly and the results should be acceptable to even the pickiest gourmet.
Also in today’s F&B arena, serving great food just isn’t enough anymore. To complete a guest’s experience, restaurateurs continue to step up their game to offer Instagram-worthy interiors complementing their picture-perfect menu items that are sure to spice up anybody’s feed.
