Italian gastronomy has been gaining popularity in Kuala Lumpur as diners move from the traditional pastas and pizzas to other different Italian cuisines in the diverse regions of Italy. Recognising the widespread influence of Italian cuisine in Malaysia, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur celebrate and showcase the food, culinary talent and produce of Italy with Italian Chef Daniele Devillanova, Chef de Cuisine of Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be hosting a week of Italian Week, from now till 28th September.
Chef Daniele’s approach to Italian cuisine is gastronomic, by holding true to Italian way of cooking, by highlighting the quality of the ingredients and with lots of the authentic passion. He is bringing his recipes all the way from his homeland.
Featuring wine pairing menu on 26th and ala carte menu as well, his Italian fix will surely impress your tastebuds.
