When your anniversary rolls around beginning of the month and we wanted to celebrate with a vacation, it’s not always easy to plan a romantic getaway in such a short time that will deliver as much joy as we deserved. However, we can always find this joy locally too!
It’s been quite a while for the both of us to have a proper getaway and so we’ve decided to take a day off and drove all the way up to Cameron Highlands for some fresh air and cool weather! Mini C tagged along of course, cos it was also meant to be his birthday trip! 🙂
Sorry mommy & daddy have no time to bring you abroad, so meanwhile – here’s some cool weather for you to enjoy. Haha.
Housed in a magnificent colonial building, Cameron Highlands Resort offers an award-winning spa (must try definitely). Located 1,500 metres above sea level, it presents fresh mountain air, cool temperatures and beautiful tea plantation views.
Bathed in sunlight, we love the white walls of each guestroom at Cameron Highlands that are elegantly contrasted with dark wood furnishings.

And thanks to Cameron Highlands Resort for the Afternoon Tea treat at their Jim Thompson Tea Room, we basically got every meals everything settled for. A 2D1N fruitful stay indeed. Upon reaching and having lunch nearby, we checked-in, check out our spacious room, had afternoon tea, enjoyed some of their indoor facilities, back to our room to shower, had a fulfilling steamboat dinner at Gonbei, stroll around for cool air and off to bed. The next morning, we were served breakfast like kings and queens, and lastly proceed to Spa Village for a relaxing massage treatment. Ok this is life 🙂
