New Exciting Menu @ Tiki Taka, Medan Damansara

If there’s something that always hits the spot when paired with post-work drinks, it’s tapas, and pintxos too. Light and tasty, these savoury dishes are served in small portions on sharing platters and are typically savoured with a glass of wine or beer. Common tapas offerings include olives, cheese, chorizo and meatballs – Well, but not at Tiki Taka. They serve: Malaysia on small plate.

Each dishes creatively curated by Chef Carrie, her warm & beautiful personality has brought these good vibes to all her dishes as well. Tiki Taka has been one of our favourite restaurants when it comes to good drinks and tantalising comfort food.

The favourites are still there, Nutella Bacon, Pork Satay, Singapore Chilli Prawns, and yes of course Salted Egg Crab Bun, you’ll never be at risk of the new Pintxos, Tapas & Mains that has become their
signature dish and now you will have a whole new selection of sublime taste sensations vying for your attention!

Papa C said they have the best Connor’s as Tiki Taka has one of the best pour. It pours black with a thick, creamy beige head. Love the smoothness.

Pintxos
Mini Pork Burger – RM11
Pink brioche bun, grilled pork patty, strawberry peppercorn ketchup, kyuri, mozzarella, salsa. All ingredients and elements married perfectly, pork patty very moist & the pink colour is from the beetroot.

Pork Belly Mantou – RM8
Caramelized pork belly, gula melaka chilli syrup, pickled starfruit, steamed mantou bun. The juiciness makes every bite so sinful.

Tapas
Miso Scallop – RM28
Juicy queen scallops baked with miso mushroom cheese sauce, tabasco, ikura, parsley. Incorporating Japanese elements in her new dishes, Chef Carrie is set to impress!

XO Lo Bak Go – RM25
Pan fried radish cake with Chinese waxes pork sausage and shitake mushroom, drizzled with homemade XO sauce. And all we thought we could only savour Lo Bak Go in dim sum and Chinese restaurants. You can find every Malaysian elements in Tiki Taka! Love this!

Mains
Nasi Lemak Babi – RM23
Deep fried pork ribs, caramelized gula melaka pork belly, fragrant pandan coconut rice, spicy sambal, anchovies, peanuts, pickled quail egg, crispy shallots and kyuri.
Your wish is their command! Pork loaded Nasi Lemak is sure to make your tastebud shout in excitement. So much pork but oh-so-good.

Ultimate Lobster Pizza – RM42
Red pepper sauce, grilled tiger prawns, mini lobster, slipper lobster, ikura, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, black olives, prawn oil, spring onion.
Have always enjoyed their mini pork pizza but with seafood this round!

Dessert
Summer Baby! – RM19
Caramelized pineapple in gula Melaka, handcrafted toasted coconut ice-cream, mango gel, rose sponge, hibiscus preserve, passion fruit sauce.

What we thought of their new dishes?
They won. If KL has a local Tapas Trade fair, they better look out because Tiki Taka are coming to show them how it’s done.
