With a robust beef flavour, this is essentially a Rib Eye with the bone left in for beautiful presentation. It was incredibly tender, and riddled with that mouthwatering marbling that gives Wagyu beef its buttery texture and succulent, beefy flavour.

Baked Cod with Miso Honey

Cherry BOMMM
A solitary sphere of white chocolate on a field of edible flowers and raspberries. Dark chocolate is poured on the white chocolate shell, causing it to melt and reveal the treat within – the heart!
Camembert Cheese
Paired with Whisky!
Chef Min carefully torched the cheese and the aroma just filled the whole area. Camembert smell earthy and barnyard-y like mushrooms or hay, with an intensely savoury, umami flavour. The whisky is definitely up to the task of pairing with it.
