It can be difficult to catch a movie when you have children. And yes, that’s the reason that we’ve not brought Mini C to watch a movie in the cinema even he’s 2.5 years old. Haha.
We have always thought that for parents, taking your to children to the movies is a great bonding experience. These are early memories that are cherished for a lifetime and there’s nothing quite like seeing a movie to ignite a child’s sense of wonder as they champion a new set of heroes on the big screen.
Luckily, we’ve now found one movie theatre that offers special screenings to which parents can bring babies or toddlers, with kid-friendly movie screenings!

MBO KECIL Hall
In here, you child’s imagination will run free. Enjoy great movie with the little ones! MBO Kecil is exclusively available at MBO Cinemas The Starling Mall Damansara Uptown.
If you’re a parent who’s constantly worrying that your child might scream or misbehave during traditional movie screenings, then this hall is definitely for you.
They have 3 types of seats:
1. Kecil Sofa Bed (top row) – Bed-like seat for infants or younger children to nap on with parents accompanying.
2. Normal seats
3. Kecil Beans for kids below 100cm
And… The Playground!
Right beneath the theatre screen. Yes, you can find an actual playground slide in here.
Your little ones are free to roam around, run, scream, and play to their hearts desire throughout the movie. The lights are also bright enough for movies or for the kids to play.
Baby changing rooms are available just right outside the hall too, so no worries parents!

Mini C only likes “Groot” I think. Haha.
