Enoshima is a small, bustling, Japanese Restaurant located at Wisma Cosway, replacing Ozeki Italian Cuisine that I’ve once been to a few years ago. This quaint little restaurant reminds me of the izakaya that I’ve been to in Japan. Perhaps the ambiance itself. Filled with many Japanese too. However, this one has more selections. Haha. And also has fusion dishes as well.
One downside is that some of them smoke indoors *coughs*
Enoshima offers a variety of dishes from Salad, sashimi, kushiyaki, Agemono, yakimono, Nabe hot pot, Seafood dishes, sushi, some Western infused dishes, rice and noodles! So much to choose from.
Nagaimo Sengiri – RM 12
Thinly shredded Chinese yam with soy sauce. Love this! This type of yam has a crunchy texture and has the lady finger’s slimy, sticky nature. Added with soy sauce and wasabi, it was refreshing.
Okonomiyaki – RM14
Japanese style pancake – a non-starchy preparation, their pancake was really good!
Natto Cheese Omelette – RM18
Cheese & fermented soy bean in omelette. I’m not a big fan of natto but this was acceptable as it was loaded with cheese & mayo.
Mentaiko Spaghetti – RM27
Spaghetti with seasoned cod roe sauce. I love mentaiko and this pasta was really creamy and bursting with flavours. Just realized the dishes we had was all very creamy. Haha.
Chicken Karaage – RM16
We were there more for drinks so this Chicken Karaage order was a nice match with the sake we had.
Black Sesame Ice Cream
Must have cos we just can’t miss any desserts!
Thank you AiWei for this Sake Treat ‘cos it was her birthday! Hakkaisan’s Tokubetsu Junmai was lovely. Kanpai!
With my favourite people and the all girls day-out was so memorable. It has been a while since we shop & eat like this. Hehe.
