We remembered very well about our first visit to d Legends Bar as it impressed our tastebuds pretty good and we returned ordering their dishes repeatedly.
Without disappointment, this neighborhood bar has done a job well done in maintaining their standards; in terms of good food and definitely not ordinary pub grub.

Hans, who believe in preserving the Malaysian pub culture and happening hoo haa-s, aced it in generating more delicious food items into their menu. This is definitely good news for pub goers as they’ll have more selections and satisfaction of course!
More pork selections came in! Yippee 🙂
Thanks to Hans for the arrangement 🙂
Entrée
Pork Satay (Cannot be missed!) – RM 24
Plump and juicy, served with their very own Chili Peanut Sauce and a side salad. We must really pay a tribute to this legendary pork satay as its the meat texture is not too dry and perfectly infused with spices that was bursting with flavours. It’s good even when eating on its own without dipping into their sauce. However, how can we resist their homemade chili peanut sauce which was also ingredient filled and carried a strong appetizing peanut flavour? A really can’t be missed dish, we agreed.
Bar Bites
Golden Prawns – RM 18
Prawns dipped in batter, rolled in coconut & crumbs and fried golden. Paired with Pineapple Chili Padi Chutney.
Fresh prawns fried till golden resulting a crispy nibble which is another perfect bar bite. Dipping it into their ‘kickin’ sauce is another must-do as it will give you a sourish and spicy surprise!
Churros! – RM 16
Deep fried Spanish skinny doughnuts, dusted with cinnamon sugar. Served with their outrageously thick hot chocolate sauce.
We love Spanish crullers! These skinny sweethearts are by far the best we had in Malaysia (well, not to mention about the ones on Spain.. haha). Not oily and well coated with hints of sugar and adding a touch of cinnamon (very clever). With thick chocolate sauce? Very sinful!
Mains
Heaven is Pork Pizza – RM 28
10” kitchen made thin crust, spicy tomato sauce, minced pork, minced Italian sausage, spicy pork sausage, smoked streaky bacon, back bacon, olives, onion rings, cheddar, mozzarella & parmesan.
Not very often we get to eat Pork Pizza. A contrast with Kissaten’s version of Char Siew Pizza which is sweet, Legend’s version was saltier in taste. The thin crust base was brimmed with ingredients & very cheesy too!
Bacon on a pizza? Who could resist?
Kickin’ Ancho Chili Chicken – RM 22
Ancho chili seasoned chicken breast topped with chicken ham, BBQ sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Double layers of everything! Served with creamy mash, gravy and a dressed salad.
Another very filling meat portion that is best shared, the chicken breast is definitely not dry in texture. Well infused with BBQ sauce and topped beautifully with the cheesy layer.
Fried Parmesan Chicken Sandwich – RM 22
Crispy chicken fillet in very own buttery Milk Panini bread, spicy tomato pesto, wild rocket and ground parmesan. Served with side fries and chili sauce.
According to Legends, it’s a great order of “grab and go” especially for busy KL-ites. Once served, this ‘huge sandwich’ definitely gave us a shock. Such thick meat patty! Definitely worth the money for meat lovers!
Cuban Pulled Pork Quesadillas – RM 22
Flour tortilla stuffed with tender pork shoulder, caramelized onions, melted cheeses and served with salsa & sour cream.
Another perfect savoury that is pork filled! This Mexican style pancake is well infused with the Malaysian flavours. Pairing this the salsa sauce? Just so perfect.
