Many have asked me, “Once a week class… Enough??”
I can’t help but agree with them at first and being skeptical towards the amount of classes per week they provide. And watching our son learn and play, we noticed differences in his learning progress at home as well.
Thus Chris echoed, “It’s not the matter of quantity but quality they provide” Haha. Well said eh Papa C!
Plus, he’s just stepping into 19 months and our plan of sending him to playschool only starts at 3 years old. So here’s a chance for him to explore new things each week!
Everyday play the same thing also boring right? Lol.
Ok here’s some update on his classes!
Baby Newton Class: Lesson 7
Obstacle course time!
Exploring new routes himself and with our help later on
Flashcards time
Activities for Attention & Working Memory, Sensory Motor & Visual
Rattling UP UP DOWN DOWN is still his favourite session – auditory skills enhanced!
Look how excited he is!
Working on Socio-Emotional skill with his little friend
Story telling time with Teacher Celest
Baby Newton Class: Lesson 8
Obstacle course at week 8 looks more challenging with high slopes!
But that doesn’t stop him hahaha
Dashing through the caterpillar tunnel. Only if I’m at the other side calling him haha
And he diligently listens to Teacher Celest & threw the balls into the net! Well, he cheated cos he stood outside the hoop. LOL.
This only happens for 10 seconds hahha
Good memory little one!
Fine motor skill training – failed this round. He doesn’t seemed interested this round. Gosh.
Moving like a pro with his rattles again. Haha
Sensory play at his best with Water beads!!
He really loves water I yell you… even when the water are in beads form! lol.
Scattering the beads all over and he even crawled into the compartment where they’re supposed to play with their hand only!
Milestone gained with BrainFit Baby™ Class 7 & 8:
- Attention span lives longer!
- Can recognize numbers and can say them from 1 to 10!
- Repeat after what we say
- Can Sing along with us (hums)
Because the lessons and activities are play-based. Very young children learn best through play, an activity that they are experts on.
