The bonza peppa sauce is a savoury and aromatic sauce made with rich, fresh chicken broth and freshly cracked peppercorns. And as for their grilled chicken, it is marinated in Epic’s secret herbs and spices then flame-grilled to order. Although it’s chicken breast, they wow-ed us with a portion of juicy and flavoursome protein! Clever use of ingredients to churn up such great sauces and great cooking technique!

A healthy, hearty version of traditional Irish dish made of mashed potatoes with cabbage and leek that created the different texture in every bite. Yum!
Epic “Fried” Chicken Schnitzel (403kcal) with Fire S.O.S Sauce (61kcal)
The marinated chicken is breaded in their special blend of herbs and spices, then oven baked to create that “fried” texture with a finishing of golden brown perfection! Very innovative of them. Not fried in oil OK!
And we really love their sauce! This is actually their version of sambal. Fragrant, spicy and sweet! Flavour-packed 🙂

Their pizzas are handmade daily and we super love their thin crust!
The combinations of caramelized apples, minced chicken, mozzarella cheese, onions are their fiery sauce churned out a sweet, chunky and spicy combination and we loved. Really “ada kick”!
