Sausage Platter
Assorted sausages served on a bed of potatoes with different taste & textures + sauerkraut.
Pasta
- Baked Macaroni
- Seafood Spaghetti
- Pork Belly Fettuccine
- Spaetzle With Cheese & Ham
We only managed to try 2 types of pasta: Seafood Spaghetti & Pork Belly Fettuccine and they were surprisingly good! Too full to chuck in any further.
Meats
- Pork Steak
- Roast Baby Back Ribs
- Wiener Schnitzel
- Hickory Smoked Iberico Soft Ribs
- Iberico Ribs Stew
Pork Steak – we love this most. Meat was tender, infused with the char-grilled tatse.
Wiener Schnitzel
Hickory Smoked Iberico Soft Ribs – bursting with flavours this one!
Iberico Ribs Stew
I’d always prefer the carrots to the meat when it comes to stew. Ok. I know I’m weird but Chris loves the pork hands down.
Desserts
- Assorted Homemade Ice Cream: we chose Pistachio + Rum & Raisin
- Sorbets
- Homemade Tiramisu
- Spanish Chocolate Cake
