On a lazy Saturday afternoon, we stepped into an empty restaurant. Looking around, puzzled, I glanced at my watch – 4.30pm.
Oh my, we missed our lunch time. It was their break interval and when we were just about to turn out, Chef Nicola popped in front of us, assuring there’s still food for us as he’s the owner cum chef 🙂
Well assured by Chef Nicola, he asked us not to worry as we’ll be in good hands. We’re anticipating for authentic & well-executed Italian dishes then!
A cosy cafe with an attentive chef and it feels like we booked the whole place.
Daily dose of caffeine on a rainy day 🙂
Cafe Latte & Cappuccino
“I like what you ordered”, say Chef Nicola
Complimentary House Bread with Olive oil + Vinegar dips
Serving Italian Bread the Malaysian way? – in a dim sum steamer! Love the bread was soft and addictive 😉
Aglio Olio with Mushroom
The perfect non-fancy pasta that I always feel satisfied with.
Seafood Marinara Risotto
Loaded with generous amount of fresh seafoods, it was the first time having this again after 2 years! It really did bring back fond memories of Cafe Uno.
There you go. You can drop by for coffee or a quick Italian fix like me on a lazy weekend.
I’m sorry as this is a lazy post. Lazy to bring camera out that day too 😛

I really like their roast chicken here at iCook! The tiramisu is also not bad..give it a try next time! 😀
thanks for the recommendation! will check ’em out next round 😉 with the camera next time haha
I am here now.
Spaghetti carbonara – nice (better than the one at Alexis at GE mall which I had yesterday)
Latte – no coffee art and taste weak
Tiramisu – yummy
I wish they would improve. It’s been around yet simple things are not done.
Experience ruined coz they put me at a corner (which is fine), except it was SO hot which I thought was coz I walked to the place but after awhile, I decided to ask to move and asked the waitress if its always so hot. Dismayed to discover that it’s coz they hv am oven nearby which was not visible and generating the heat! Hottttttt……how to enjoy my food?
